had a leak on the diverter valve so changed valve. reassembled it. turned on boiler all good working fine closed case, display flickers has a fit and goes blank and stops working with just a buzzing sound.

Thought i might of got water into diverter valve head so changed that and the PCB.

All installed turned on boiler flashes through version number and parameter number (p0) fan runs for 20 seconds and does nothing else and it then comes up with error code E13

Spoke to remeha they said check the fuse in the main heat exchanger for continuity which i did all is fine. they said the only thing it could be is a faulty PCB.

Find this surprising that a brand new pcb is faulty.

Any thoughts guys? Or a simple thing I'm missing?

a sweaty hand can blow a pcb easily, check all connectors etc, still got water somewhere shorting out a wire or two

Sounds like BS from their side though, get them out 😉

when i put the pcb in yesterday. it didn't ask for any input from me. put the replacement in today and it asked for details off the data badge and it worked fine!

They always ask for the xx:xx details, sounds like the original you'd been given was a return?
