Remeha avanta e10 fault

Mate of mine has just text. I cant get there because im busy but their remeha avanta plus 24c is giving e10 code.

Started off e5. Condense was frozen.
They have bled rads said I will get up tonight is anyone familiar with whats happening?

I'm thinking the pump might have stuck. Was OK this morning

either pump isnt working or port valve closed etc

e10 is no flow

Was the blocked condense.

All up and running.

My money was on the pump.
