Hi.I live in a flat in golders green.I have a gulf stream 2000 which needs replacing.many plumbers came to see the extent of the job and all of them don't want to do it because of the flue system which is a twin flue 80mm and its a condensing boiler.the flue system run in a void area around 1mt by 1mt .everyone flue runs through this void to the roof.the void start from ground floor to the top floor.I am currently on the 4th floor.from where the boiler is to the the roof is around 6mts.I am wondering if I change the boiler and can we use the existing flue with a boiler that use the same 80mm flue..there is no way to access the void to drill holes for new flue..whereas neighbours from floor below had their boiler change by getting access through the void doors that everyone have.their plumber put new clamp to support the new flue but as mine is on the last floor its seems impossible to change the flue.any idea if I can have a new new boiler installed using the existing flue..your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
