Monday or Tuesday I went to fit a new bath screen for an existing customer in a flat they rent out. Last tenant had broke the old one and they bought a new one. I had a key as new tenant not in till the weekend.
To cut a long story short I slipped in the bath and the screen went through the bath. Straight on to customer to say I will fit a new bath. But won't get it till Monday and fit Tuesday. New tenant in and gsc are texting me.
1. Tenant is ok with me letting myself in no earlier than 11.00
2. Tenant doesn't want me in the flat alone so I can arrive between 9.00 and 12.30
3. Tenant is saying toilet won't flush and I'll be able to fix that whilst there.
Agent received text to say I would be there at 9.30 and that as far as the toilet goes they can go forth and multiply.
GSC offer 90 day terms.
Haven't had any dealings with gsc since I told them that I would go and fix a boiler 90 days from the day they phoned.
Must be halloween.
