Rothenberger Multi Pipe Bending Tool

I bought one of these for Xmas and have started using it, however I've noticed little dints in the pipe after using it. I figured it must be the sharp edges on the guide that we're doing, however after filing down those edges I'm still getting the dints. Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you solve it?

are you using the right way? don t have problem with mine.

Are you going too far before moving the guide eg form a 45 then move the guide down the pipe slightly eg 2” longer down
