saniflo compact wont turn off

As soon as you turn it on at the mains the motor kicks-in. I have stripped the motor casing and cleaned it thoroughly. Can I fix it or do I need a new unit?!

has it got a pressure switch ? maybe the pressure switch is stuck on the "on" position, you could test this with a multimeter if not reset then replace.

maybe a problem with the float switch. get someone to have a look at it
