Alright lads

Right i havnt been out to it yet,but i had a call from my brothers mother in law,she says that this boiler is losing a load of water when the heating is on,seems to be coming from where the filling point is under the case.
Apparently i hear these things leak constantly and they are a nightmare to work on as you fix one leak another starts etc,she says BG have been out 3 times and all they are trying to sell her is a powerflush ( Suprise) he said the PHEX is blocked.
Any heads up before i go round and open a can of worms.

Cheers

Isnt that one the same as the glow worm. I have been to one before with the blue filling loop valves that have extensions so you can reach them from below the case. The one I was called to was leaking from the rear of the diverter valve it was composite so whole lot came out and was swapped for new, fortunately came with all relevant o rings snd fibre washers and all went back together without leaks. You may just get lucky just use plenty of grease and make sure the parts are fully home before inserting the locking pins.
