good drill, good battery. nice balance, powerful enough for medium duty jobs.

1 battery might be a pain but I really rate bosch professional power tools. I've never had any bother with them, whilst they may not be the best from a specification point of view they are reliable from my experience and do what they are supposed to. Shame they can't make their boilers as good.

is there much diference bewtween 18v and 14v?

read ad the spec, the 18v will have a little more power and runtime.
