Myson Premier HE range are the closest I know of to the sizes you want. Stelrad Compact still do a P1 (single panel, no fin rad).

The one there is old barrel top and want as close to straight swop without draining and altering pipe to pipes

These are fine, it is the depth from the wall that matters. These pipes come up tight to skirting

Special Order: I was quoting from the Stelrad Elite leaflet I have. It's a bit old now so I have checked their web-site and it's no longer mentioned. The only heights available for P1's are 450mm and 600mm. I assume the P1 has been taken off the "special order" list because they are more popular for new houses with very low heat loss.
