Hi, guys! Hope you are all well.

I have four solenoid valves connected to the main water supply, and they seem to break quite often. I believe it's the pressure that's causing this.

I was thinking of adding a pressure valve to control the pressure before it goes through the solenoid valve.

Do you guys think it's a good idea? What kind of pressure valve do I need?

The pipes are 15mm plastic.

The solenoids are installed based on manufacturer requirements, so I can't see any fault there.
 
Making alterations and spending money on a belief is not wise and could lead to an unnecessary waste of time and money.

What's the maximum measured pressure in the mains?
What's the pressure rating and also the duty cycle and are either / both of those being exceeded?
