Solid fuel stove and combi?

Just had a customer email saying that he would like to connect a solid fuel stove up to his combi for heating and wondered if it was possible?

I said not 100% sure and if it was possible I don't think it would be financially viable as I would of thought that you would have to connect the heating up to a thermal store to separate the water and not sure if you can have pressurised water in a stove? Is that about right? I am sure there would be probably more to it but I think that would be enough to put him off.

I did then tell him to speak to HETAS as they would have an installer that if it was possible would be able to do it.

I am just curious now though.

How can that work without any hydraulics separation from the pressurised side. I don't know any any solid fuel stoves that will work on a pressurised system?
