Stopcock replacement -will this do?

Hi, I want to replace my non-working old stopcock with a new one as shown. I'm a bit concerned about why the old one has three nuts on each side and if I might end up in some sort of mess once I take it off. Any comments would be much appreciated.

It will do the job but will not be a straight swap

Sometimes best to leave the old one in place and fit the new one above it.

That looks like it might be 20mm mdpe not 25mm

I would have both and a selection of fittings before taking the old one off! Also make sure the boundary stop tap outside is accessible and working well

Looking at your old one, they are both BS1010. So, why not simply take the old guts out and replace it with those from the new? Done it many many times...😉
