Swapping ideal classic for 12 ri. Pics. Advice?

Have been to quote this job.

extension under construction, builder wants boiler moved to wall at back in pictures. 615mm wide.

is this place suitable? Will a 12 ri be a good choice? How long would you allow?

i have to re route all the pipe work so it will be in the new ceiling, will need to extend the cables on the wiring centre and this will be in the ceiling too.

Remove some existing gas pipe and re-run in copper.

Horizontal flue.

Nowhere to run the condense was thinking soak away.

Are you converting it to sealed aswell with a robokit?

Cant other photos to well but you may be better off with vertical flue unless that is another room going above

That's what I thought but they want horizontal. (Providing it meets regs)

think 1 (wall) ,2 (roof) and 4 (roof) are where the new boiler is going think his question what flue option etc

3 and 5 old boiler and pipework

Think you will have problems with POC blowing back through door VF no issues
