terms and conditions

Afternoon All

Just in the process of getting some invoice/receipt pads printed up, with terms and conditions on the back.

Thing is I do not know where to start, in respect of how to word them etc.

Does anyone have a template or a copy of their own, that I could look at to plajiorise
