its now back working pcb had failed and so had the detection electrode or the electrode seen the pcb off but i dont think so,when i removed the black box for the orange one and put the dip switches in the right place i took the pcb out of its housing this is what i found



the transformer had failed causing the melting to the pcb cover and the knackerd electrode so if you want extra confirmation the boards gone see if theres any distortion in the plastic case,dont forget to check the fan resistance because that will blow the board as well its between 110 and 130 ohms,on this boiler pull the black/earth wires off the side of the board if you get continuity the electrodes gone as well this fault was shown up by there being no display on the user interface but was caused by a blown pcb and duff detection electrode
