I'm on the lookout for a van with a budget of about 3-4K.The trouble is,i really need the option of a 4 seater as i may occasionally have to transport the 2 kids around with me.I've looked at crewvans (Vauxhall combo, etc... but am a bit unsure about space in the back (for gear, not for the kids).I'm thinking of going one up on size to a medium sized panel van (citroen dispatch for example),and putting some extra seats in,but really want to stay economical.Ford do an option of a crewvan with the transit connect - are they any good?.Any other options to look at?

thanks!

Ford Transit for me. Ultra reliable and parts if ever needed are generally cheaper than other makes. I've got the LWB version and it's the best purchase I've made.

I like the vauxhall vivaros, lots of space, usually have 2 spare seats and look proffessional too
