I recently brought a new house and the bathroom seems to be made up of Villeroy & Boch components (although not professionally installed I suspect). The toilet seat has come lose so I removed it and purchased, having consulted the internet, a "Villeroy & Boch Toggle Zip Fastening Set (Pair) 9218.96.00". The fasteners fit perfectly, but the screws that had held the toilet seat down do not seem to fit these fasteners (to be fair, I don't think they fit the previous fasteners either).
Does anyone know the diameter of the screws I need to fit the toilet seat to the new fasteners?
