better with the bpec version and cheaper, also try treloars gas book

Treloars, Oh My God!!! that name and book brings back some memory's, I have not heard that name since my apprenticeship, great little plumbing book. as for the gas book I tend to find its always best to use whatever book your training center teaches from. so find that out and your half way there, I got the viper book and the center used a CITB binder thing, I had to buy that too just to know what everyone else was talking about, so don't waste your money, ps the vipper book is great, but in the field I only ever use the Corgi's gas essentals and gas rate pocket slide and gas safes pocket unsafe procedures book.

no there are wrong dimension on diagram of depth of cover req'd when burying pipes in concrete, wrong figures in discharge rate example, cant remember any others

sent an email last year, then the new books were delivered in A5 size with the same mistakes in it!! yes I teach the bpec Gas Foundation course full time, we are a bpec centre so use the book, but we also use some other bits and pieces that have been built up over a period of time,

I've got an electronic copy of the viper book if you would like it. I am currently using the niceic book think they're the next best thing to the viper book.

you can still get viper books at my local training centre...around 50 notes,got one when i done my resits

Hello, my partner is starting his gas safety course this month, and is trying to get hold of a copy of the viper book online are you able to help?
and electronic copy would help him so much more than the actual book.

Hi i think if you search the net you will find what you are looking for.

We dont tend to have stuff like that here so far as i know.

There is always the viper site where they offer an electronic copy for sale

having a book in your mitt is far better as its easier to find your way round. plus it stays in the van abd doesnt need batteries to work
