Vokera Mynute 28e Pressure Issue

Vokera Mynute 28e boiler is over pressurising when heating is put on even at relatively low temperature setting. All radiators are heating up fine and the filling loop shut off is functioning ok. Due to this pressure rise the safety valve is kicking in at about 2.8-2.9 bar and venting water which means that when the system is off overnight the pressure drops to near zero and therefore wont start again without re-pressurising (have tried cold start from just under 1 bar but even that ends up at red after about 20-30 minutes). Get a gsr in most likely expansion vessel but they wil be able to test this for you
