Two of these we are/will be dealing with, any tips appreciated,

1. 29HE. Intermittent solid red led, locks out about an hour or so after its been on heating. Resets ok and repeats lock out. Had a new thermistor and full service. Venturi was a little dirty, all cleaned. Vokera said it may be condensation forming in the venturi and to clean it out, but it still locks out.

2. 24. Not been to this one yet, but solid red led and won't reset. Although sometimes it works for a short time then back to red led and won't reset. Fan/pump not running when locked out.

29he try cleaning the condensate out and make sure the condensate pipe going to the drain isn't blocked.

Applies to both!
I always start by checking high/low BP is spot on then fully stripping out and cleaning of fan and venturi's. Check/clear APS and tubes. Lube fan.
Inspect electrode and lead.
Check/replace thermistors is next.
Make sure condi is clear as mentioned if applicable.

If still getting issue would probably consider a board fault next.
