Wall hung Grohe wc frame

Can anyone tell me if you can take the Waste elbow off this wc frame from Grohe:Grohe Rapid SL 820mm Nova Fresh Toilet Frame Including Chrome Dual Push Plate - 38886000 - Grohe - Doble Bathrooms

Im asking because I will be installing it shortly on an outside wall and it would be better to take it straight though the wall, this will be my first wall hung wc so sorry if it's a stupid question.

I maybe entiarly wrong but i dont think you can, but i stand to be corrected all the ones i have done previously have either been side or straight down exited though

I know the pan conn is removable.

And u use a standard pan con? does the bracket on the frame fit around one to hold it in place

So when the 90 pan connector is removed you could replace it with a cutting of 4' waste and put a straight pan connector on? thanks guys!
