While replacing a wash basin, the 1-1/4" waste outlet pulled out of the concrete floor. Other joints along the waste pipe were solvent welded but the pipe enters a 90degree or elbow joint embedded in the concrete floor, which was not welded when originally installed 12 years ago. The fit between the waste pipe and floor joint is a very tight fit and doesn't seem to have been leaking over the past 12 years.

Should I leave it as is or try and fix it? Any advise appreciated.

if you can reach the fitting the pipe went into with your fingertips you could put some solvent weld around the socket and fit the pipe back in with a twist to coat the end of the pipe and socket then let it set. don't worry about putting any on the pipe as the concrete will remove it if it is as tight as you say.

Did this, so far so good.

Thanks.
