Hi

I was hoping I might be able to get some help with my wiring center.
I had the following setup:
-Very Old E-type Boiler
-4 zones, ( DHW, Ch1, Ch2, Ch3)
- 4 Channel Programmer
- Unvented Cyclinder
- Grundfoss pump selectric
- 3 thermostats for each of the Ch's (Salus RT200 no neutral connection required, Just SL and L)

System was working fine no problems. But I recently had to get my boiler changed as the old e-type died.
I decided to replace it with a Worchester Bosch 30CDI Floor Standing Boiler. The Plumber who was recommended by a friend installed the boiler and everything went OK, apart from a few location hiccups ( He is Gas Safe checked his number out). After installing the boiler and checking that it worked he also installed a new Grundfoss Alpha 2 15/60 pump. Heated up the cylinder and rads no problems.

But when he opened up the junction box to do the wiring he got afraid as the wiring was like a plate of spaghetti, with wires
connected to separate connector blocks instead of one terminal strip with no labeling. He said he would not be able to do the wiring. I have tried to contact the original plumber who wired the system up but have not been able to get through to him.

I am not bad with electronics thought I would have a go at wiring it up. I labelled everything and here is is what the original wiring looks like: Connector block 5 is the boiler to pump connection which is not shown.

I would like to create one terminal strip to make life easier. Here is how I would rewire it. I have not included the cylinder stat connection or DHW valve and Programmer Com 1 connection as I not sure it all goes together or another connector block is required.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Looks straight forward enough to me in the first wiring diagram. All it needs is LS to terminal 1. NS to terminal 7, LR to terminal 6 and the earth to terminal 15.

Thank you, followed the instructions edited my second picture with the terminal strip. Here is what it would like is this right?

Wired everything up today , it fired up and all zones and DHW working fine with programmer plus room stats.
I think it was the S plan with the LS NS and LR connections that had me confused, as every other plan I looked for has just a live connection coming from the boiler or from the mains.
Thank you very much for the help, hopefully the diagram will help someone else who zoning with a WB boiler or similar connections. 🙂

Thanks for getting back to us. It's nice when someone lets us know how they've got on.
