wc size?

i need to know the minimum size for a wc room in a 3 bed house not entrance hall wc ,i have sep bathroom toilet and think my toilet room is to small ,im in renterd propety and want to knock through both rooms.it would help my case if the regs size is smaller then my toilet room thanx guys🙂

I've done cupboard conversions to a toilet, so above sizes are about right!

Thanx mate my toilet is 900mm wide ,this will help me loads so I can request the housing bum to expand the room on the grounds it to small :hurray:
