We have UFH throughout downstairs. I have had one coil replaced. I have had the thermostats checked that they are linking to the correct actuators, which they are. the cupboard where the UFH system is gets hot when I turn up the thermostats in one or all zones. The boiler is coming on but the floors are not heating up at all and neither is the room getting warmer. Any ideas??

Thanks the flow pipes are getting hot and the actuators are opening when the thermostat is switched up and the heating comes on (and in the boiler)

I did put the temperature up to 27 degrees on the thermostat. Last year within 2 hours you could feel warmth on the floor, mainly the bathroom tiles and the temperature had edged up 2 degrees this year nothing

If you have the manifold flow/return temperatures and the loop flowrates then very easy to calculate the heat output.
