Im doing a boiler relocation job in a new extention for a kitchen, my customer has decided to go for underfloor heating..

I have had a whizz around and there is soo much out there too many companies trying to compete,

The floor has just gone down on base level, no screeding as been placed yet.

Can anyone recommend a adequate Kit which includes everything, pump, manifold, piping, clips, etc..

Will be hooked up to a Vaillant 837 or 831 combi, and the floor area is around 18m2 max.

Thanks

uponor reasonable prices good kit.

I've started using uponor for heating and domestic hot water supplies on some jobs. You can crimp a joint and forget about it,not like hep!!

It's a bit expensive but some jobs warrant it I think. What price peace of mind??

Uponor Unipipe, so easy to lay aswell, you can hand bend it and it will hold its shape without kinking.

Thanks for that fella's, i did get in contact with Uponor they quoted me £980 something, for a single zone system covering approx 18m2.. Still going to shop around..

we always use L+K when we do uf/htg systems.
they work well and we haven't had any problems as yet
we have done single circuits and whole house systems

just plumb the manifold as if it were a big rad. it will have a thermostat to control its pump and you can set floor temp/flow on the mixing valve on the manifold.
very easy to set up and balance even on the big systems with multiple rooms and circuits.
they will size your pipe lengths and circuits to suit your room/rooms' btu requirements and provide the full kit you need
i really like uf as its suited to the low heat input temps you get in most eco systems like ground or air source etc.

we have fitted a nuheat system i think it was, was very good they give you a plan etc of where to lay the pipes quite expensive i beleive though
