what is the model of this boiler

and is this a power shower ???

im asking if this is a power shower as the water pressure seems to be very fast and uncomfatable when taking a shower is this normal if not what can be done and also what is the boiler moder please i know it is a vallliant but what model is it i have lost the book thanks

The shower is not a power shower but being fed from the combi is under mains pressure. For a gentler shower you need to fit a shower head with larger holes or in these energy saving days fit a flow restictor to the outlet.

dont know the model number you can find it out by loking under the boiler, there is a sticker that tells you what it is!!
