Hi,

I'm trying to find a radiator that fits these brackets, I do not know what size the original radiator is and the wall brackets have been plastered over making them difficult to remove.

Vertical distance between radiator mount points/slots 230mm

Horizontal distance between mounts 900mm

I'm guessing a 450mm high by 1100mm wide radiator should fit could someone confirm this for me?

Many Thanks for reading

Surely it cant be hard to break around the plaster to remove old brackets and then get a new rad of choice to hang.

Post a picture. Ifs there off an old imperial rad you may struggle but you can always self tap some metal to the convector fins if needed.

Just remove the brackets and save the headace of trying to find a rad that will fit them,
you'll more likely end up doing that anyway

Go and buy a new radiator it comes with its own new brackets, is not just the distance apart but also the height of each bracket

Rad brackets are a pain as each make has there own individual bracket and they cant be mix matched , so if you know the make then youl track brackets that way , or have a welder make a set ,

Fit new rad & leave old brackets on wall or just remove old brackets as said before
