The boiler has a LNE from the previous one as well as theres a programmer there so I was going to keep the LNE and use the five core for the pump and SL and then move the programmer next to the centre.

If that's your only option

So where's the mains taken from (fused spur) next to the prog or by wiring centre?

Theres a wiring centre in the airing cupboard with a fused spur, then a LNE to the boiler and a five core for the programmer below the boiler, going to keep the LNE and take the five core to the pump, never had this issue before.

Sounds ok plenty of cores to keep boiler and prog happy

Use the lne to the boiler to power the prog that gives you your switch and your pump l and a spare core

All sorted wasn't too bad, had to rewire everything from scratch in the end, loads of loose connections and messy wiring which had been butchered over the years.

Issue I am having now which I don't think is actually anything major will speak to Worcester tomorrow but the CO2 is about .4 higher on low and max fire I recall something about this can happen when commissioning due to the curing process but where does that leave you if theres nothing stating any other tolerances.

Yep spot on never adjust them first year normally settle around 8.9 afterwards

So you would write down on your benchmark your findings which I have;

Max: 10.2 (9.8 data badge) CO was also around 150
Min 9.6 (9.2 data badge)

This would be deemed acceptable?

All other checks done for the record, correct inlet pressure, flue integrity correct, gas rate etc.

Apologies for sounding like an amateur this is maybe the second time I have fitted a Worcester and just want to be 100%.

Its definitely been a long week, there couldn't be a larger flow chart explaining this, all ok with those readings when commissioning, just being extra cautious I guess as it's my first time installing one of these, better to be safe and sure I suppose though. Thanks Shaun for all the help!

Yea some are ok off the block others take a while to settle

That's why it says do not adjust until after the first service

Even if they do charge that for a fake call out. If you are the installer and your the first point of call And you have diagnosed a faulty part why would the customer get a charge?

My customers would phone me first. I would arrange a visit from Vaillant on behalf of my customer should it be necessary.
I have never heard of a customer being charged but that is probably why.
