Will this gas cock be suitable?

I went to look at a oil to gas Aga conversion yesterday late afternoon. I could smell the gas when I arrived. The gas cock is leaking. Too late in the evening, so just capped off temporally. The conversion looks like a Teddington conversion like this but with a different isolation valve.

This is the new valve I hope will fit, I haven't contacted the merchants yet too late last night. Looks the same. What do you all think? Thanks.

Yes. I can't see what size it is from here off the photo though. It looks like a 1/2" female to 15mm male tale and union?
They make them in other sizes.

I do not know off the top of my head. You could configure something else if you cannot find one. e.g. an 1/2" gas ball valve and male iron to copper?
You can buy brass unions too.
