Worcester 28i lock out reset button

Original problem was boiler reset button lockout. After initial investigation topped up water pressure, took the pipe off of the pressure valve, blew on it, pressed reset and the boiler initially fired up and worked for about 30 minutes. Checked a few other things, went to put cover back on and boiler reset locked out again. Blew on pressure valve again, boiler would fire but wouldn’t run at full rate, just slowly. Fan seems to be running slowly. Boiler hasn’t been serviced for 3 years.
The flue is clear. I think it could be the heat exchanger/burner baffles that are blocked. Is this a common fault on these boilers.

it will run at low flame for about 15-20min , during this time do not press any bottoms

Paul ... what's this "pressure valve" your going down on? I mean blowing down on??? 😉 Is it the APS? Does sound like you have flueflow issues yeh?
