Worcester kebab gaskets

I know there is a TB but I can’t seem to track it down.
If you analyse around a WB kebab and detect a low number of PPM is it AR or ID?
Assuming the case seal is intact and nothing detected around outer case?
To me it’s ID but on an ideal logic for example it’s acceptable as the gasket is porous

It’s a landlord
I’m changing the gasket and electrodes. Not touching the baffles as it’s probably never been touched and is over 10 years old

15 CO isn't bad. I think I read somewhere you're allowed up to 30 CO inside the casing, whether that's true or not I'm not sure.

I've had them well over 100 inside the case on the Worcesters!

Interesting.
It does say in the TB if any co or co2 is detected it should be changed.
I did it today, not a pleasant job if like me you dont like Worcesters.
Put it back together and the fan was pulsing and it locked out, reset and it worked 🧐

Yeah, i'm quite quick at doing them now and don't mind. I replace the rubber gas supply tube at the same time, mainly as it's cheaper to get that and comes with a burner seal than buy the burner seal on it's own. They do perish too.

The trick is, get the fan in and out quick as you can and the power back on to it. They don't like the power being off for long!

Think you got luck then, especially at over 10 years old! I've had them go in less than an hour 🙄
