Title says it all. I have a cust who has recently moved into the house and they have a greenstar 37cdi combi.
called to low pressure hidden iso but when check boiler 240v in but nothing else ( no display or lights nothing).
Called Worcester, told PCb or transformer so replaced both still nothing, phone Worcester again must be faulty PCb replaced again guess what nothing. Cust asked if he could get Worcester in as although he trusted my judgement he thinks Worcester telling me a load of crap. Worcester call and inform him he needs a spark! Cust gets spark, he says it's the boiler, cust gets Worcester and they replace PCb nothing. Any one want to guess the fault that Worcester have spent two days trying to figure out?
