I do a little bit for a couple of estate agencies and letting agents. It's normally messy work but I charge accordingly.
Be on the ball with your payment terms, and chase when they are late, or a quiet reminder just before they are late.
I suppose its like anything, there are good ones and ones you wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
