Just mocking up what fittings to use for my shower valve to see that its not possible to fully fit an elbow to the hot inlet as it is fouled by the outlet boss.

I can fit a straight connection and elbow instead but just wondering if its actually the wrong fitting that ive picked? And its only designed for a straight connector?

No info in the crosswater instructions for this

No major issue but no such a great design since the outlet and inlet on the other side of the valve have sufficient clearance to use elbows
