I have said that to them. Makes no sense to fit there products if I cannot buy the service kits!!!Cant comment on this actual issue , but after my last dealings with them I wont deal with them again

I was proper annoyed. Not the person on the phones fault. But still wrong in my eyes. They protect their service engineers by not selling the kits. That's why I moved over to Mira digital showers when I was still fitting despite them not being quite as good.
Guys on the phones are just muppets TBH. Idiots at board level who really responsible. No idea of damage they doing to their brand.I was proper annoyed. Not the person on the phones fault. But still wrong in my eyes.
Don’t think they actually care mate.Guys on the phones are just muppets TBH. Idiots at board level who really responsible. No idea of damage they doing to their brand.
Would be good to get plumbers to ask all merchants to complain to Aqualisa that plumbers are now refusing to buy their products.
There's an old adage Best. "Nobody speaks if nobody listens" This sums up Aqualisa in the 21st century. I once had dinner with the marketing Director. He drove all the way to Yorkshire to see me. He left not long after...
He was interested in meeting customer needs, but one can only assume the rest of the board were not. Karma
Weird isn’t it that a large company can just assume customer loyalty?
I would have thought it was illegal for Aqualisa not to sell service kits.
The units are too expensive just to replace

Grey or Black?Control unit £355.00 inc. New shower £750.00 inc direct from themselves
Hell that would take a Govt with backbone and common sense.
Can't see any of those anywhere in the Western World bud

Apparently not. I’ve tried. Cannot find them anywhere.Except our tough
Crazy! Surely you can just buy the main parts elsewhere and much cheaper?
BlackGrey or Black?
Hate 'em. Grey were much better flow rate AND more reliableBlack
I couldn’t say much bad about them until the other day mate.Hate 'em. Grey were much better flow rate AND more reliable
Digital pumped and £835 incWhat model of Quartz shower is that?
What price from merchants (retail) for complete new shower?

Might email them. But doubt they will do what I am after. I only fit Genuine parts.Wonder if Shower Doctor any good ?
Doesn’t solve my issue of the units valve passing inside. The hose constantly drips.

Haven’t takingnit apart to be honest mate. Possibly a diverter? One of the Quartz showers I have to fix does same - constantly drips. I assume there is a cartridge inside the processor.
If I can be bothered I will email and ask. But they have annoyed me.They might sell the genuine parts.

No mate. Aqualisa. Don’t think I will fit there stuff again.Shower Doctor?
Must admit, although they have been good at supplying some parts, their website gives wrong technical advice to some general questions. Clearly somebody doesn’t have a clue

I’ve learnt from my mistake to be fair. Do my research before fitting a high priced shower.
Think I need to look at them allOn digital pumped showers, I wouldn’t know which was best.
I must study Mira.
Well, not from this fitter. They do have a cart inside and the dripping is a common prob with 'em. No one sells components for them. The engineers carry components but will not sell 'em to anyone for any reason. The 'change the box' strategy is all that works with them.
They told me on the phone that the service kit is for their engineers only.Woohoo I finally in .
I honestly don't have an issue with aqualisa digital and mixer showers, I install about 30-40 a year and rarely have issues. I agree the electric showers are garbage and wouldn't recommend them but I like the others. I understand your complaint with no service kits but I don't believe the internals are serviceable. Once the box fails they just replace it and if the box is outside of warranty they offer a fixed price repair to customers. Not a bad customer service if you ask me.
Whenever I've had aqualisa out to a fault that relates to the box, they have replaced the box everytime. Have aqualisa said what the service kits consist of?They told me on the phone that the service kit is for their engineers only.
She wouldn’t say anything to me to be fair. Welcome to the dark side by the way.Whenever I've had aqualisa out to a fault that relates to the box, they have replaced the box everytime. Have aqualisa said what the service kits consist of?
Really? That's stupidWhich are only available when you book an Aqualisa engineer.
