I'm too generous rpm that's always been my problem! I thought 32 would be more than enough and I wouldn't end up looking mean!!

I got £2800 per tonne a few weeks ago, looks like it's gone up since then
Although around my way, December is always a bad time for scrap

I weighed in this week.

Got £3.80 per kg for clean copper and 3.30 per kg for braziery.
Ithink brass was 2.20kg and lead washed hexs were around 2.50kg.

Got paid £1200 in total

My Xmas bonus was £499. this year the prices in my area are in the attached receipt.

Times change eh?

I have a plumber coming tomorrow to change a cartridge on a badly dripping tap on my bathroom mixer unit. There is no separate isolating valve for this tap so I'll have to close the stopcock. I tried closing it today but it won't go absolutely 100% closed and there is still a very slight flow...
