Discuss Loose 'RAK Ella' toilet seat in the Bathrooms, Showers and Wetrooms area at PlumbersForums.net

Hi - Not quite sure how this forum works so this query is intended for all members - I have attached photos of a 'RAK Ella' soft close toilet seat with hidden fittings which was bought and fitted about 5 years ago. The seat has started to become loose and I am not sure how to tighten it. I assume that there are 2 grub screws that need to be loosened with a small allen key, after which you pull up the whole seating unit to remove it. This would then give access to the hex nuts for tightening with a spanner. After tightening, assume you just push the seating unit back in and tighten the grub screws to hold in position.
I would appreciate if anyone could confirm that this is the correct way to do it or advise me differently.
