ohh, could be too close to the corner!!! bet they didn't seal it from outside (looks too high for them to bother) and i'm sure there is some sort of rule about having it poking out too far

Cutting the flue to the right length would be a start.

It was right in the corner i could even tell it was toclose ! And your correct wasnt sealed atall ! Just looked a mess on the side of the church

Looks like an ideal flue, and if they don't have the rubber seal around the end, water can leak in through outer flue and wreck the boiler.

Depends on boiler some are 25mm to internal corner so long as it meets every other req

i love moveable toilets. combine a flexi and ya can shift em out the way to work on the bath taps ..:smile5:
