Not pretty but built like a tank. I can see them running still 20+ years down the line

Ok. Don't forget filling loop. When tightening up flow and especially return they seem to flex where they enter boiler.... It's normal.

I wouldn't fit Ideal. Heard lots of heat exchangers leaking. Worcester are expensive plastic rubbish. Fit a Baxi Duo Tec HEA and you get best of everything, decent price, flow rate and 7 year warranty. Go for the Platinum and your customers will get 10 years warranty. Why not give your customers a few quotes supplying different boilers?

direct replacement for a combi, so filling loop already fitted, thanks for advice, doesn't make much sense now but sure it will when I fit it!!

When cutting flue inner needs to be 10mm longer. Make sure sharp hacksaw. We use rigid flue clip to prevent squashing

Exactly my point, You are offering 8/9 years and I am offering 5!! nearly half of what you are offering!! I can not physically compete with that!!!
