Iv just got the m12 sds, for anything up to 10mm its unbeatable IMO, anything larger and itll foook it, so need the elec or an 18volt i guess- FG28

Copper or 'Plastic'...??
Copper for sure but got too keep whacking in the plastic Keeps the work flooding in as its rubbish For sure it has its uses , i heard that over 10-15 yrs the expansion and contraction on the plastic in tight wooden joist holes will wear it away ? Great job mate What a clown , didnt even figure of six the silicone , The tiles and silicone finishing seal will cover them chips around the tray , All in all id say your good to go , bit of ply and a nice neatish hole for the waste , Id def spend a tenner on some ct1 or sticks like , for...- FG28

Running gas pipe under concrete slab
Im not so sure they like it in the concrete ? Opening up a real can of regualation worms Can you not lay concrete then run into the screed ? Much simpler ? Or go with the gsr s idea ?- FG28

Great well sounds like they know what there doing Tile adhesive IMO is better than sand cement and will be fine ,. You can manufacturer and they will say its fine , im fairly certain of that , Yea sorry i put that pic up really to show the push fit monkeys about that still cant even do that...- FG28

If its a resin tray it HAS to be cement or a rapid set adhesive , there are quite a few that can be put down using mastic but i would not use a normal silicone , something like CT1 or sticks like , 2 very good grabs adhesives , Id google your tray fitting instructions if he hasnt left them...- FG28

fitted bathrooms for years before doing the gas and now do the occasional one or two , All i can say is Not even nvq1 level ,. It will all work but it just looks horrific ,, Be very intrested to see the finishing ,? Is he tiling it too Aqua panel or similair used around shower area ...- FG28

Replacing stopcock, which size
