New Boiler, installed in kitchen, often (but not always) makes loud noise with vibration when igniting (can be startling and heard in other rooms). Engineer has diagnosed ‘Delayed Ignition’ but has so far been unable to remedy. Electronic Gas Valve & PCB have been replaced as has external Gas Regulating Valve (by Phoenix). Boiler has also been re-calibrated. Has anyone had a similar experience and how was it rectified?
