Hi I didn't notice that the trap had water in there and when the pump came on it sucked some into the analyser now I'm not getting any readings is this a simple fix any help would be much appreciated

Sit it on a radiator for a while and hope for the best.
Hopefully the heat from the rad will dry it out, if not - send it in to get repaired

It sounds like water might have damaged your analyzer. Turn it off, disconnect it, and let it dry thoroughly. If the issue persists, you may need professional repair. Don't power it on until it's completely dry to avoid further damage.
