Anyone had any run in's with advertising at Homebase/sainsburys etc ??

You drag up a month old thread, you join on the day of your single post defending Balmoral, you post nothing else.

Mazza posted on here as he was concerned, since then another user has said he was right to be concerned, another has said he has recovered his outlay, and you have called him a baby. Why not simply come on and say 'Balmoral, yes no problems' and say why they had been good to you. Rather than attacking the op.

Personally I don't like companies that think they can make a living in these hard times by selling things they cannot deliver. IMHO.

i have to agree, if your from a company and believe you provide a good honest service then why would you join a forum under any name other that the companies?? especially if your going to discuss the company your from. Even if your an honestr company you make yourself look very very bad!! and would make me and im assuming others to recommend the company be avoided.

I like to see my competitors use these type of services ....its their money wasted......how do I know ? I was with Wickes for 2 years in 3 stores......not one job! :frown2:

i went into my local wickes took out all the plumbing and sparky cards and phoned them all the ones that answered were all forth coming dont do it they said their all working guys and i dont think they were trying to put me off because they were onto a good thing because they offered good advice about how to get work and what worked for them

I dont think your getting my point, first of all i am not and never have been apart of barlmoral, i have my own business in leeds.. Maybe my words were a bit harsh but with all respect comments like mazzas could stop potential advertisers making a good living.. He's only signed up 10 days previos and is not even in store yet... Post back again in 3 months or so and see where it is then... I just dont like companies (any company) getting baf mouthed before its due.. Just my opinion.
