Well, I'm sorry if it does but I don't see why it isn't reasonable for me to become more knowledgeable of the possible solution so I can make a proper decision from the 3 or 4 quotes I will get. Thanks for all the comments so far.

Like I said, get quotes from guys recommended to you, get quotes from them, tell them of your preferences, listen to their recommendations based on their experiences.

And then decide.

You'll get 2 or 3 different opinions on here based on our experiences, for example, I'd recommend Rinnai, but only because I work with them.

Get your quotes then come back and ask for opinions on the appliances you've been quoted for.
