Hi all,
Got a job coming up to refurb a bathroom in a residential home. I know regs on temp and tap sizes for certain areas but am unsure whether I can replace a 2 tap basin with a single mixer tap basin as customer wants a vanity unit to store things in. All units I've found are single tap and a few with 2 taps but they are getting into silly money.
Do they have to be 2 tap or am I within regs to fit a single tap?
It's in a communial bathroom btw

Cheers

How does the no. Of taps affect a vanity unit? Sorry might be entirely missing the point 🙂

Cheers for the replies. So number of taps is irrelevant as long as tmv of some description is fitted then? Just wanted to make sure im within regs as no ention of it in wras
