This is my quote for my bathroom fitted, it's not the largest of bathrooms and this is the labour and materials, this doesn't include the shower, toilet, tiles, etc. Does this sound realistic or is it expensive? Lads from work think this is ridiculously high?

Bathroom renovation
Demolition-
- Remove shower tray, shower screen, bath, toilet, sink, floor&wall tiles, radiator, etc.- £350

Construction
- Installation of partition wall including plasterboard installation- £150
-MAPEI waterproof liquid membrane installation on the walls in wet areas like bath or shower -£100
-walls and ceiling Skimming with a layer of plaster £100
-Installation of a recessed shelf / niche -£100
  • 120cm high boxing to accommodate GEBERIT frame for wall hanging toilet-£100
  • Installation of Schluter DITRA mat or similar on floor - £100

Plumbing first fix
-Concealed shower mixer-£200
-Hand shower ( concealed Plumbing)-£50
-Wall or ceiling mounted head shower ( -concealed Plumbing)-£50
  • Basin mounted tap -£100
  • Installation of GEBERIT frame or similar (it is concealed frame and tank for wall hanging toilet) -£100
