Baxi 100HE Fan Thermistor

Hi Guys, anyone had trouble with Baxi 100 HE fan thermistor tripping, going open circuit? I suspect it points to the fan getting too hot as the burner door seal is in good condition. The fault finding guide says to replace the thermistor so i have but the fault still remains, are we getting close too replacing PCB perhaps??

sorry guys i posted in the wrong forum, yes i will check the seal it makes perfect sense that the heat will be getting past burner door and into the fan box where fan overheat thermistor is situated -P
