HI
I have a baxi 105e instant, if i open the Hot water type slightly i can get continuous very hot water but if i demand more flow (ie open the hot water tap more) the temperature decreases.
I have checked and changed both the DHW and divertor valve diaphrams (both seemed ok)
Thanks

Hi, and welcome to the forums.

Your combi is behaving perfectly normally. All combis will reduce in temperature as flow increases, and that is particularly noticeable in the winter when the incoming main is at a very low temp. The 105 instant boiler does have a small amount of internal storage (if enabled) which can fool you for a few moments into thinking that it is capable of higher flow rates than is the case on a sustained basis.

The very fact that you ask the question makes it clear that you don't have the expertise to be messing with your gas appliance, so can I politely suggest that you leave it alone?

Not quite lame. We don't sell retail, but thats not quite the same thing. Maybe a subject for the arms, rather than open forum?
