Baxi 105e weird fault

I've got a baxi 105e boiler.

It's flashing 60 degrees which is a low pressure / pump fault. I've found that the pressure switch on the 3 way valve isn't being made. The plunger isn't coming high enough.

I've replaced the diafram and cleaned the valve but it's still the same.

If I make the pressure switch with my screw driver the hot water and heating both work

Any ideas?

use a qualified gsr to do the work, first they will know what they are upto, 2nd they wont be breaking the law.

get a longer plunger from bodgeitandrun! or as above ... gsr only advice given in the right forum. If you're gsr get yourself registered and we'll be able to help latz...
